Dynamic Tubular Reactor

The dynamic tubular reactor utilizes the intense shear forces generated by high‑speed stirring to break up and thoroughly mix the materials flowing along the inner wall of the reactor, achieving efficient mixing and rapid reaction. It is suitable for reactions with viscosities ranging from 0 to 3000 cP, offering a broad application scope. Featuring a dual‑layer heat exchange design—where the central stirring system and the outer jacket work in tandem—the effective heat transfer area is increased fivefold. This reactor is applicable to homogeneous, heterogeneous, or multiphase reactions, effectively enhancing the reaction interface and promoting mass transfer. It is particularly well suited for reactions involving solids or slurries, enabling the production of solids with a uniform particle size distribution.

Dynamic Disc Reactor

The dynamic disc microreactor features a stator housing and one or more rotating discs, with a gap of 0.5 mm to 2 mm between the housing and the rotating discs. Thanks to the high-speed gradients generated by the rotating discs within this narrow gap, substantial shear forces can be imparted to the fluid flowing between the housing and the rotating disc surfaces, thereby enhancing heat and mass transfer while rapidly homogenizing concentration and temperature variations at the microscale. It is particularly well suited for gas–liquid, liquid–liquid, and solid–liquid reactions, and represents the first microreactor capable of accommodating solid-phase participation.

Mobile Hydrogenation Reactor
