200M Window Reactor

The reactor primarily consists of a vessel, agitator, heat transfer system, sealing mechanism, and control system, and is suitable for high‑temperature, high‑pressure chemical reactions. Its operating principle involves the polymerization of olefin monomers under the action of initiators and catalysts, with reaction temperature and efficiency controlled via agitation and heat transfer devices. Depending on the operating mode and polymerization process, reactors are classified into batch and continuous types, as well as gas‑phase, bulk liquid‑phase, and solution polymerization varieties. The equipment must meet requirements for efficient production, stable product quality, and operational safety.

Ethylene Polymerization Evaluation Unit

This unit is an ethylene polymerization evaluation system. The reactor has a designed capacity of 3 L and is heated using a high‑ and low‑temperature circulating oil bath. The main body of the equipment is made of 316L stainless steel. The reactor’s stirring speed ranges from 150 to 750 rpm, and it employs a self‑priming impeller that draws gas above the liquid surface back down below the surface, increasing gas–liquid contact and enhancing reaction efficiency. The reactor is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 10 MPa, with a service pressure of 6 MPa; its design temperature is 200°C, while the operating temperature is 90°C. The system is equipped with two gas flow meters for inlet gases—ethylene and carbon monoxide—both with a measurement range of 1000 sccm. The flow meter configuration allows the reactor to be pressurized from atmospheric pressure up to the desired reaction pressure, while also displaying both instantaneous and cumulative flow rates. The system includes a vacuum pump interface, enabling pre‑experiment evacuation of the entire system to reduce water and oxygen content. The unit is fitted with a feed tank that can be removed for material addition within a glove box, then reinstalled onto the reactor; during installation, nitrogen can be used to purge the pipeline connecting the feed tank to the reactor. It is primarily used to evaluate and study process conditions, explore optimal process parameters, and, through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing, obtain data on product distribution, product properties, and other relevant metrics—providing essential design data for pilot‑scale and industrial‑scale process development.

Complete Set of Five Hydrogenation Reactors

The five‑reactor hydrogenation system is a piece of chemical equipment that integrates five independent high‑pressure hydrogenation reactors. These reactors are typically designed to carry out different chemical reactions simultaneously, or to process the same reaction in batch mode. The system generally includes the reactor vessels themselves, a pressurization system, a heating system, a cooling system, a stirring system, temperature and pressure monitoring systems, as well as essential safety protection devices. When operating the five‑reactor hydrogenation system, each reactor can be controlled independently, enabling precise temperature and pressure regulation to optimize reaction conditions. This equipment is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, fine chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing.

Series Reactor System

It is primarily used for evaluating and studying process operations, exploring optimal process parameters, and obtaining data on product distribution, product properties, and other relevant metrics through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing—providing foundational design data for pilot-scale and industrial-scale process design. The reactor and dissolution vessel bodies are made of 316L material, while the jacket is constructed from 304SS. The design pressure is 0.5 MPa, with a reactor design temperature of 200°C and an operating temperature range of 0–180°C. The dissolution vessel is designed for temperatures ranging from -50 to 200°C, with an operating temperature range of -35 to 150°C. The system’s process fluids must be free of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, halide ions, and acetic acid content not exceeding 0.15%. The unit is designed and built as a laboratory test apparatus and is intended for indoor use. A gas tightness test is conducted using nitrogen at 0.5 MPa, with a hold time of 2 hours and a pressure drop no greater than 1%.
