Series Reactor System

It is primarily used for evaluating and studying process operations, exploring optimal process parameters, and obtaining data on product distribution, product properties, and other relevant metrics through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing—providing foundational design data for pilot-scale and industrial-scale process design. The reactor and dissolution vessel bodies are made of 316L material, while the jacket is constructed from 304SS. The design pressure is 0.5 MPa, with a reactor design temperature of 200°C and an operating temperature range of 0–180°C. The dissolution vessel is designed for temperatures ranging from -50 to 200°C, with an operating temperature range of -35 to 150°C. The system’s process fluids must be free of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, halide ions, and acetic acid content not exceeding 0.15%. The unit is designed and built as a laboratory test apparatus and is intended for indoor use. A gas tightness test is conducted using nitrogen at 0.5 MPa, with a hold time of 2 hours and a pressure drop no greater than 1%.
