A powerful tool for accelerating R&D in hydrogen storage within the hydrogen energy sector, featuring a reaction temperature of 500°C and a design pressure of 10 MPa. With a catalyst loading capacity of 5 mL, it enables research on hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes. The entire hydrogen storage feedstock is continuously heated throughout the process, then enters a liquid distribution module where it is evenly split into four streams with a distribution accuracy of 1% RSD. After distribution, the streams rapidly flow into a four‑channel reactor for reaction, achieving a temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C between channels. Independent fresh sample collection is performed at the reactor outlet, followed by gas–liquid separation of the product; the gaseous phase is then routed to a pressure‑controlled system before being discharged as tail gas.
