Intelligent High-Pressure Reactor
The unit consists of a feed metering section, a reactor section, an oil bath heating section, and a utilities section. The materials are fed into the reactor via a feed pump, and the reactor is equipped with an inlet port that allows pressurization. The reactor is fitted with a heat exchange jacket, which is heated by an oil bath circulator. The YanZheng water bath circulation heating system features rapid response and high temperature control accuracy, making it suitable for highly exothermic reactions (temperature control principle: two separate pipelines—high‑temperature oil and ambient‑temperature oil—operate independently. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, ambient‑temperature oil enters the system to cool down, eliminating the need to first cool the high‑temperature oil in conventional oil bath equipment, thereby achieving rapid cooling. The reactor consists of a high‑temperature and corrosion‑resistant vessel, a highly efficient mixing agitator, a heating and cooling system with precise temperature control, a meticulously designed feed and discharge port, and safety‑enhancing accessories. Its operating principle involves the pre‑mixing of initiators and catalysts, vacuum dehydration and nitrogen purging, followed by ring‑opening polymerization of the raw materials through agitation and temperature control to produce polyether compounds, while ensuring safe operation.

The project includes a 10L explosion‑proof intelligent reactor (made of Hastelloy C‑276, designed for 300°C at 5 MPa, and operated at 200°C at 3 MPa), featuring a detachable condenser coil inside the reactor vessel, complete with a chiller dedicated to the coil, as well as a 15L reactor system (constructed from 316L material, designed for 300°C at -0.1 to 6 MPa, and operated at 250°C from -0.1 MPa to atmospheric pressure). The system comprises five major components: a feed unit, a reaction unit, a distillation unit, utility systems, and a control system. Acrylic panels are installed around the perimeter of both system frames, while an air intake port is left open at the top of each frame.
