The unit consists of a feed metering section, a reactor section, an oil bath heating section, and a utilities section. The materials are fed into the reactor via a feed pump, and the reactor is equipped with an inlet port that allows pressurization. The reactor is fitted with a heat exchange jacket, which is heated by an oil bath circulator. The YanZheng water bath circulation heating system features rapid response and high temperature control accuracy, making it suitable for highly exothermic reactions (temperature control principle: two separate pipelines—high‑temperature oil and ambient‑temperature oil—operate independently. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, ambient‑temperature oil enters the system to cool down, eliminating the need to first cool the high‑temperature oil in conventional oil bath equipment, thereby achieving rapid cooling. The higher the temperature rise inside the reactor, the greater the flow rate of ambient‑temperature heat transfer oil entering the system).
