The membrane-catalyzed reactor assembly is a highly efficient reactor evaluation system. The system comprises a gas control module, a temperature control module, a reactor module, a liquid module, and more. The system offers users the flexibility to select from different feed phases—either a single gas stream or a combination of gas and liquid. Liquids are delivered to the catalyst vessel upstream of the reactor via a feeding tank mounted on the reactor or through a liquid pump. For liquid feedstocks, they are carefully loaded into the reactor assembly using dedicated tools and trained personnel.

The high-pressure spherical reactor is equipped with a sapphire sight glass and a CCD camera, and features displays for pressure, temperature, and stirring speed, as well as a pump. The primary material of the equipment is 316L stainless steel, and the overall structure is a skid-mounted design using aluminum profiles. It is fitted with a dual-seal mechanical stirring mechanism that incorporates both pure water protection and magnetic coupling. The reaction substrates, catalysts, and raw materials are added to the reactor for reaction. After the reaction is complete, the contents are discharged through the bottom valve.

The benchtop small-scale esterification unit is equipped with a 250 mL reaction vessel, allowing precise control of the vacuum level within the reactor and enabling efficient removal of water and alcohol. The collection tank is transparent and is followed by a molecular sieve and a vacuum pump. This equipment is ideal for evaluating conversion efficiency by adjusting the vacuum level, with a controllable vacuum range of 0.04–0.095 MPa, making it well suited for both production and research applications.
