The YZuBPR series from YanZheng Instruments is a miniature fixed-bed reactor system. This reactor system is widely applicable for evaluating various catalysts and reaction process conditions under gas–solid phase or trickle-flow conditions, including catalyst screening, compositional screening and optimization of multi‑component catalysts, optimization of reaction conditions and processes, as well as catalyst life studies. The YZuBPR system from YanZheng can also be custom‑designed according to users’ experimental requirements and research objectives, perfectly aligning with the actual application needs of end users.

Miniature: The main unit measures 36x48 cm or 43x48 cm (high‑temperature version);
Scalability: The base unit is equipped with three mass flow controllers for air intake, and multiple air intake modules can be added via Wi‑Fi.
Accuracy: Pressure ±0.25% F.S.; Flow ±1% F.S.; Temperature control in the constant‑temperature zone ±1℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
Applicability: Suitable for gas–liquid–solid multiphase reactions; can be integrated with a variety of analytical instruments (GC, MS, IR, etc.), enabling online/offline sampling and offering exceptional chemical compatibility.
Safety: Integrated high‑sensitivity gas alarm sensors; overpressure and overtemperature alarms with interlock protection; misoperation protection; handling of power and gas outages; 24‑hour unattended operation; highly stable electrical control.
Scalability: Multiple reactors can be custom‑configured to operate in a linked experimental setup based on customer requirements, significantly accelerating research and experimentation.
Convenience: Computer control, data recording, data processing, and remote control functions.
