This experimental setup is a versatile PBAT polymerization system with a 100L capacity, modified via lactic acid copolymerization. It is exceptionally well suited for the research and development of polyester polymer products, as well as for a wide range of modification experiments. This equipment—and its counterparts ranging in scale from 100L to 500L—serve as pilot-scale platforms for the R&D and commercialization of polyester polymer products. Not only do they accumulate valuable data and parameters that accelerate the industrialization process, but they also play a critical role in validating product processes and formulations, while ensuring consistent product quality. The system boasts comprehensive functionality, fully meeting the requirements of various polyester polymerization reaction processes.
