100L Lactic Acid Copolymer–Modified PBAT Multifunctional Polymerization Test System

This experimental setup is a versatile PBAT polymerization system with a 100L capacity, modified via lactic acid copolymerization. It is exceptionally well suited for the research and development of polyester polymer products, as well as for a wide range of modification experiments. This equipment—and its counterparts ranging in scale from 100L to 500L—serve as pilot-scale platforms for the R&D and commercialization of polyester polymer products. Not only do they accumulate valuable data and parameters that accelerate the industrialization process, but they also play a critical role in validating product processes and formulations, while ensuring consistent product quality. The system boasts comprehensive functionality, fully meeting the requirements of various polyester polymerization reaction processes. Its stable operation ensures both the diversity and flexibility of production processes. Based on customers’ specific process needs, this equipment has been meticulously designed and optimized, covering process flow planning, careful selection of equipment—including both standard components and custom‑made parts—as well as layout design, on-site installation guidance, and commissioning work. We are also responsible for subsequent single‑machine commissioning and personnel training. From pilot production to full‑scale production support, our team handles every step of the way. Although on-site installation is carried out by an external partner installation team, the design, commissioning, and pilot production guidance are all personally overseen by our company’s technical experts, ensuring that every step is executed with precision and accuracy.
