Introduction to the Shanghai Yanzheng Split-Body Parallel High-Pressure Reactor: Designed with the goal of significantly enhancing laboratory efficiency, this high‑pressure, high‑temperature resistant multi‑reactor system enables rapid and highly efficient reaction screening. It can support up to six reaction batches running simultaneously, with operating pressures reaching 100 bar. The reactor is dedicated to optimizing high‑pressure reaction conditions and to the efficient development and application of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems. All reaction parameters within each zone can be independently monitored and controlled. Optional, sophisticated proprietary software allows for quick and efficient screening of high‑pressure reaction conditions, catalyst selection, and reaction studies, greatly boosting process R&D efficiency.

The reactor body can be customized with the following features: 1) Addition of constant‑pressure feeding; 2) Condensation coil, condensate reflux, and collection; 3) High‑ and low‑temperature oil baths or molten salt baths; 4) Online sampling and filtration; 5) Installation of additional valves and use of imported valves, enabling integration of high‑pressure automatic gas and liquid inlets, as well as full‑scale reaction system integration based on PID process control.
