The high-pressure hydrogenation fixed-bed catalyst evaluation unit features a 310S reaction tube material, a design temperature of 1000°C, and a design pressure of 25 MPa. The bed is equipped with thermocouples for temperature measurement and includes temperature interlock protection. The product stream is designed with a fresh sample collection module and an automatic liquid discharge module; during automatic liquid discharge, pressure compensation is automatically implemented to prevent fluctuations in the reaction system pressure.
