Carbon Dioxide Methane Steam Reforming Reactor, Methane Steam Reforming Unit, High-Pressure Hydrogenation Fixed-Bed Catalyst Evaluation Unit, Methane Steam Reforming to Synthesis Gas Reactor, Fixed-Bed Catalyst Evaluation Microreactor. The high-pressure hydrogenation fixed-bed catalyst evaluation unit features a 310S reaction tube material, a design temperature of 1000°C, and a design pressure of 25 MPa. The bed is equipped with thermocouples for temperature measurement and includes temperature interlock protection. The product stream is designed with a fresh sample collection module and an automatic liquid discharge module; during automatic liquid discharge, pressure compensation is automatically implemented to prevent fluctuations in the reaction system pressure.

Scalability: The base unit is equipped with three mass flow controllers for air intake, and multiple air intake modules can be added via Wi‑Fi.
Accuracy: Pressure ±0.25% F.S.; Flow ±1% F.S.; Temperature control in the constant‑temperature zone ±1℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
Applicability: Suitable for gas–liquid–solid multiphase reactions; can be integrated with a variety of analytical instruments (GC, MS, IR, etc.), enabling online/offline sampling and offering excellent chemical compatibility.
