Process Intensification: Equipped with micrometer‑scale gas dispersers, self‑priming agitators, and baffle plates, while the equipment’s rotational speed is increased to 2000 rpm, significantly enhancing material mixing performance. 3. Safety: The equipment features a sealed, integrated active ventilation experimental chamber and is equipped with a hydrogen gas alarm for proactive safety interlocks. 4. Intelligence: On-site touch‑screen HMI control, multi‑stage programmed temperature ramping, three‑tier interlock protection, and remote control, monitoring, and alarm functionality via a WeChat mini‑program. 5. Efficiency: Quick‑release flanges, a design that prevents vessel jamming, and a rapid heating device for the furnace at the end of the reaction.
