The pilot-scale intelligent reactor manufactured by Shanghai Yanzheng Company integrates the advantages of high‑temperature, high‑pressure reactors with automation and intelligent technologies. With a capacity ranging from 500 ml to 5000 ml, it features a touch screen that offers simple, intuitive, and straightforward operation, along with a clear user interface—solving the mechanical and cumbersome issues associated with traditional button‑based controls. It can record and collect all real‑time data, displaying it graphically on the touch screen in an online format, including reaction temperature, pressure, time, and stirring speed. Users can easily view and analyze this data at any time and export it via USB drive. The system can generate temperature, pressure, and rotational speed curves, and it supports unattended operation.
