Process Intensification: Equipped with micrometer‑scale gas dispersers, self‑priming agitators, and baffle plates, and featuring a design that increases the equipment’s rotational speed up to 2000 rpm, this setup significantly enhances material mixing performance. 3. Safety: The equipment is fitted with a sealed, integrated active ventilation experimental chamber and equipped with a hydrogen gas alarm for proactive safety interlocks. 4. Intelligence: On-site touch‑screen HMI control, multi‑stage programmed temperature ramping, three‑tier interlock protection, and remote monitoring and alarm functionality via a WeChat mini‑program. 5. Efficiency: Quick‑release flanges, a design that prevents the reactor vessel from seizing, and a rapid heating device for the furnace at the end of the reaction.
