Shanghai Yanzheng’s integrated parallel reactor is a multi‑channel reaction system designed with the goal of significantly enhancing laboratory efficiency. It features high‑pressure and high‑temperature resistance, enabling rapid and efficient reaction screening, supporting up to six reaction batches running simultaneously, and operating at pressures as high as 100 bar. The system is dedicated to optimizing high‑pressure reaction conditions and to the efficient development and application of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems, with all reaction parameters in each zone independently monitorable and controllable. Optional, highly precise dedicated software allows for quick and efficient screening of high‑pressure reaction conditions, catalyst selection, and reaction studies, greatly boosting process R&D efficiency.

Reactor body configurations can also be customized: 1) Add constant‑pressure feeding; 2) Incorporate condensation coils for condensation, reflux, and collection; 3) Equip with high‑ and low‑temperature oil baths or molten salt systems; 4) Enable online sampling and filtration; 5) Install additional valves or use imported valves, allowing for the integration of high‑pressure automatic gas and liquid inlets, as well as the full integration of a complete reaction system following PID process control.
