The fully automatic fixed-bed reactor operates at a temperature range of RT–1000℃ for gas‑phase reactions with 6 gases and 2 liquids, employing a process control system (sequence control). It is constructed from quartz and 316L 625 reactor materials, with the entire system undergoing passivation treatment. Three-stage condensation ensures automatic discharge of condensates (wax, water, gasoline) without pressure fluctuations, while pressure is automatically controlled. The system features robust safety protection mechanisms at the hardware level, including safety relief valves, to ensure safe operation even in the event of emergencies such as power outages or gas supply interruptions.
