The visible high‑pressure reactor manufactured by Shanghai Yanzheng is compact in size and easy to operate; it features a high‑pressure viewing window on the side, and the reactor can be quickly separated from the heating furnace. The photographic reactor produced by Shanghai Yanzheng, also known as the video‑recording reactor, operates at temperatures up to 200°C and pressures up to 10 MPa. It is equipped with a high‑definition, industrial‑grade camera that continuously records reaction footage, ensuring the personal safety of laboratory personnel while freeing them from strenuous, high‑intensity work and conserving resources. The system comes complete with a computer preloaded with dedicated camera software; the camera’s recorded video is displayed directly on the computer screen, automatically generating video files that are saved on the computer and can be easily exported.

Reactor body configurations can also be customized: 1) Add constant‑pressure feeding; 2) Incorporate condensation coils for condensation, reflux, and collection; 3) Equip with high‑ and low‑temperature oil baths or molten salt systems; 4) Enable online sampling and filtration; 5) Install additional valves or use imported valves, allowing for the integration of high‑pressure automatic gas and liquid inlets, as well as the full integration of a complete reaction system following PID process control.
