Shanghai Yanzheng’s fully transparent high‑pressure reactors are available in two material options: sapphire or quartz glass, both offering excellent pressure resistance and visual transparency. The fully transparent design provides superior light transmission, allowing for clear visualization under high pressure. The sapphire material can withstand pressures up to 10 MPa, while the quartz glass material is rated for 2 MPa. Custom configurations are available upon request. These reactors utilize magnetic coupling for mechanical stirring, feature static sealing, and ensure zero leakage. Throughout the entire experiment, you can observe the process—and the operating temperature range is wide! With jacketed heating/cooling control, both high and low temperatures can be precisely adjusted and maintained. They are ideal for visual reaction studies, sample collection and analysis, observation of multiphase behavior, spray visualization for supercritical particle preparation, thermodynamic property research, and long‑term dissolution process monitoring, among other applications.

Reactor body configurations can also be customized: 1) Add constant‑pressure feeding; 2) Incorporate condensation coils for condensation, reflux, and collection; 3) Equip with high‑ and low‑temperature oil baths or molten salt systems; 4) Enable online sampling and filtration; 5) Install additional valves or use imported valves, allowing for the integration of high‑pressure automatic gas and liquid inlets, as well as the full integration of a complete reaction system following PID process control.
