Thermoelectrocatalytic Cracking Reactor
Thermoelectrocatalytic Cracking Reactor
The unit is equipped with a single reactor lined with quartz, designed to operate at pressures up to 10 MPa at temperatures below 300°C and 3 MPa at 900°C. The unit features one gas inlet and two liquid inlets, with the reactor constructed from 310S stainless steel. The reactor is fitted with electrodes positioned to avoid high-temperature exposure, and the electrode assembly incorporates an insulating design at the sealing area. The height of the upper electrode plate can be finely adjusted within a range of 5–10 mm. A quartz liner is installed inside the reactor to provide electrical insulation between the catalyst and the reactor wall. The gap between the liner and the reactor is meticulously calculated and sealed at one end, creating a dead volume between the glass liner and the inner wall of the reactor. The reactor’s material inlet extends into the liner, minimizing the risk of gas entering the space between the liner and the reactor’s inner wall. The electrodes are rated for 2000 V.

Product Description
The unit features a single reactor lined with quartz, designed for pressures up to 10 MPa at 300°C and 3 MPa at 900°C, and is equipped with one gas inlet and two liquid inlets. The material used is 310S.
The reactor is equipped with electrodes, which are positioned to avoid high temperatures. The electrodes feature an insulating design at the sealing locations, and the height of the upper electrode plate can be finely adjusted within a range of 5–10 mm. A quartz liner is installed inside the reactor to provide electrical insulation between the catalyst and the reactor. The gap between the liner and the reactor is meticulously calculated and sealed at one end, creating a dead volume between the glass liner and the inner wall of the reactor. The reactor’s material inlet extends into the liner within the reactor, minimizing the risk of gas entering the space between the liner and the reactor’s inner wall. The electrodes are designed to withstand 2000 V.
The device’s primary instruments and piping valves all utilize high‑quality products from renowned brands. The reactor is lined with quartz and constructed from 310S material, while other major components are made from high‑temperature–resistant 316L material.
It is primarily used to evaluate and study process operations, explore optimal process parameters, and, through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing, obtain data on product distribution, product properties, and other relevant metrics—providing foundational design data for pilot-scale and industrial process design.
