Acetylene Hydrogenation to Formaldehyde Coupled with Methanol Liquid-Phase Oxidation to Formaldehyde: Batch Reactor Experimental Setup
Acetylene Hydrogenation to Formaldehyde Coupled with Methanol Liquid-Phase Oxidation to Formaldehyde: Batch Reactor Experimental Setup
The acetylene hydrogenation to formaldehyde coupled with methanol liquid-phase oxidation to formaldehyde batch reactor experimental setup allows for homogeneous, long‑cycle batch reactions under medium–high pressure and at relatively low laboratory temperatures. After the long‑cycle reaction, the liquid-phase products can be quantitatively collected from the bottom of the reactor. The system’s operating control is implemented via PLC and a touch‑screen computer. Customized, non‑standard modifications can also be carried out according to different user requirements. This setup is a highly practical long‑cycle catalyst evaluation device for universities and research institutions, boasting excellent practicality.
