High‑Throughput Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Reactor

The four parallel CO2 supercritical foaming experimental setups employ an automatic heating furnace for temperature control, with a design pressure of 25 MPa and a design temperature of 300°C, while the operating temperature ranges from 0 to 250°C. The reactor contains CO2 in its supercritical fluid state. These setups are primarily used to evaluate and study process conditions, explore optimal process parameters, and, through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing, obtain data on product distribution and product properties—providing foundational design data for pilot-scale and industrial process design.
