Yan Zheng Instrument Reactor System: This system features a 300 mL titanium reactor equipped with a dual‑channel continuous gas‑inlet control system. Gas is fed into the reactor via a submerged sparger to optimize gas–liquid contact and reaction efficiency. The reactor lid outlet is fitted with a condensation‑reflux unit to minimize the loss of liquid or vapor, while a high‑pressure tail gas absorption tank is installed downstream of the condensation‑reflux system. After absorption by the scrubbing solution, the tail gas is vented through a backpressure valve and metered by a tail gas flowmeter before being discharged. The reactor employs a fixed lid design with a gas‑spring‑assisted lifting mechanism for the reactor body. The reactor lid and body are sealed using a quick‑release, one‑turn sealing mechanism for ease of operation; the sealing ring is made of perfluoroether material, offering excellent chemical compatibility and high‑temperature resistance.
