2L Continuous Reactor System

The 2L continuous reactor system comprises a reaction system, a filtration system, a distillation system, and a control system. The reactor vessel is made of 316L stainless steel, while the jacket is constructed from 304SS. The reactor employs a circulating oil bath for temperature control, with a designed operating temperature of 300°C and a maximum allowable operating temperature of 220°C. When the material inside the reactor exceeds the set temperature, the circulating oil bath automatically activates the cooling function to reduce the temperature. The system operates under anhydrous and anaerobic conditions and is equipped with a sampling device for real‑time NMR + GPC analysis. It is primarily used to evaluate and study process parameters, explore optimal process conditions, and, through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing, obtain data on product distribution and product properties—providing essential design data for pilot-scale and industrial process development.
