Pilot-scale DMC Synthesis Unit

The pilot-scale DMC synthesis unit is used to evaluate catalysts, optimize production processes, collect process data, and prepare for scale-up. The main body of the unit is made of 316L stainless steel, with a design pressure of 5 MPa and an operating pressure of 2.2 MPa. The system comprises an inlet gas system, a recirculation compression system, a gas metering and heating system, a visual reactor system, a material separation system, and more. It features multiple equipment operating units, high overall integration, a robust safety interlock system, a high degree of automation, high data accuracy, and excellent repeatability. The primary production parameters include a high gas recirculation rate—approximately 200 Nm³/h—and an operating pressure of 2.2 MPa. The monthly production capacity of the pilot plant is around 1 ton. The overall dimensions of the equipment are 7 meters long, 2.5 meters wide, and 4 meters high, with a total weight of approximately 4 tons.
