Hydrogenation Reactor – Jacketed Reactor

Hydrogenation Reactor – Jacketed Reactor

The hydrogenation reactor is equipped with a reaction system, a heating system, and a control system, as well as a gas feed system and a liquid feed system. The reactor’s total volume is 100 mL, and it uses electric heating. Online data acquisition, recording, and storage are implemented, with the following parameters being monitored: internal reactor temperature, furnace temperature, internal reactor pressure, stirring speed, and controlled feed flow rate and gas inlet flow rate.

Product Description

Hydrogenation reactor, hydrocracking unit, hydrogenation reactor, continuous hydrogenation reactor, hydrogenation autoclave, hydrogenation evaluation unit, fully automatic hydrogenation evaluation unit, catalytic hydrogenation reactor, microhydrogenation reactor, liquid-phase hydrogenation reactor, high-pressure hydrogenation autoclave

Main Parameters and Technical Specifications
Reactor Structure: Batch Type; Seal Type for Reactor Lid: O‑Ring Seal; Seal Type for Agitation: Magnetic Coupling Seal; Total Reactor Volume: 100 mL; Materials Used for Reactor (Reactor Body and Lid): Hastelloy C276; Piping and Valves: 316L Stainless Steel; User Operating Temperature: 200°C; Reactor Design Temperature: 250°C; User Operating Pressure: 30 bar; Maximum Service Pressure of Reactor: 100 bar; Heating Method: Electric Heating; Temperature Control: Within ±1°C (under conditions where the material does not exhibit strong exothermic or endothermic reactions); Agitation Mode: Self-Priming Propeller Agitation.
The entire system comprises a reaction unit, a heating unit, and a control unit.
The reaction unit features a 100 mL reactor with a fixed reactor lid, an electrically driven lifting mechanism for the reactor body, and electric heating of the reactor vessel. The outer layer of the heating furnace is pre‑installed with a stainless steel insulation jacket. The reactor is equipped with an upper discharge port, and the reactor lid is fitted with two gas-phase valves, one liquid-phase valve, one safety rupture disc, one mechanical pressure gauge, one pressure sensor, one temperature sensor, one magnetic coupling agitator, and one set of gas mass flow meters.
Heating unit: Heating is achieved through electric heating. The heating furnace surrounds the reactor vessel and transfers heat via conduction and radiation to heat the materials inside the reactor. The outer layer of the heating furnace is pre‑installed with a stainless steel casing equipped with a thermal insulation layer.
Control unit, temperature control: The main controller manages the material temperature; when there is no significant heat release or absorption within the reactor, the material temperature can be maintained within ±1°C.
Stirring Control: The magnetic coupling stirrer features a speed control range of 200–1000 r/min, with a speed control accuracy of 0–5 r/min. Lifting and Lowering Control: The heating furnace and reactor vessel can be raised and lowered at a uniform speed; photoelectric switches are installed at the top and bottom to prevent excessive lifting or lowering.
Data Acquisition and Storage: Reaction data can be collected, recorded, and stored, including reaction temperature, furnace temperature, reaction pressure, and stirring speed. Heating time and stirring time can be set online.
