Jacketed Reactor
Jacketed Reactor
The high- and low‑temperature oil bath reactor is constructed from Hastelloy alloy, with all parts in contact with the material inside the reactor also made of Hastelloy. The reactor features a quick‑opening design for even more convenient operation. It is equipped with a three‑way gas inlet system. The oil bath is used to precisely control the material temperature, employing a double‑tube jacketed inlet–outlet configuration, while mechanical stirring provides the mixing action. The operator interface is a color touch screen, featuring multi‑level menus and tiered management settings with multiple windows.
