The unit includes two reactors: Reactor 1 has a total volume of 1 L, a design pressure of 0.5 MPa, a maximum operating pressure of 0.2 MPa, a design temperature range of -80 to 150°C, and an operating temperature range of -70°C to ambient temperature; the reactor material is 316L. Reactor 2 has a total volume of 4 L, a design pressure of 15 MPa, a maximum operating pressure of 10 MPa, a design temperature range of -80 to 150°C, and an operating temperature range of -70°C to ambient temperature; the reactor material is also 316L. Both reactors share a single Siemens automated control system.
