This equipment is a small-scale functional nano-calcium carbonate production unit. The system is divided into a pretreatment system, a reaction system, and a post‑treatment system. The pretreatment system comprises two 50-L agitator tanks: a batching tank and a storage tank, both equipped with weighing capabilities. The tanks feature jacketed designs and are fitted with solenoid valves that are interlocked with temperature control. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, circulating cooling water is automatically activated; when the temperature falls below the preset value, the cooling water solenoid valve is shut off. After the materials are properly loaded into the batching tank and filtered through a basket filter, they are pumped into the storage tank. The carbonation tank has a capacity of 20 L and is equipped with both a pH electrode and a conductivity electrode. Ingredients are added to the batching tank in batches, and the reacted material is then subjected to filter press treatment.
