Dynamic Tubular Reactor
The Dynamic Tubular Reactor is a piece of equipment used for chemical reactions, featuring a unique structure and operational characteristics. It is particularly suited for continuous-flow reactions where solid precipitates are formed during the reaction process. Reactants enter the tubular reactor at a constant flow rate from one end; as they flow through the pipe, chemical reactions take place, and the reaction products exit from the other end. Unlike conventional tubular reactors, the dynamic tubular reactor may induce dynamic changes in the reaction system through various means—such as adjusting flow rate, temperature, or pressure—or by employing special designs that generate periodic disturbances or oscillations within the fluid inside the tube, thereby enhancing the reaction process.
