Micro Fixed Bed

The YZuBPR series from YanZheng Instruments is a miniature fixed-bed reactor system. This reactor system is widely applicable for evaluating various catalysts and reaction process conditions under gas–solid phase or trickle-flow conditions, including catalyst screening, compositional screening and optimization of multi‑component catalysts, optimization of reaction conditions and processes, as well as catalyst life studies. The YanZheng YZuBPR system can also be custom‑designed according to users’ experimental conditions and research objectives, perfectly aligning with the actual application needs of end users.

Micro Fixed Bed

A micro fixed-bed reactor is a laboratory-scale device used to evaluate catalyst performance under controlled conditions. It is typically constructed from high‑temperature and corrosion‑resistant materials and contains one or more small‑scale reaction zones, each packed with a catalyst bed. The design of the microreactor is intended to mimic the operating conditions of large industrial fixed‑bed reactors, enabling researchers to predict how a catalyst will perform in real industrial applications on a smaller scale. Micro fixed‑bed reactors are suitable for a wide range of chemical reactions, including catalytic cracking, hydrogenation, oxidation, and more. Electrochemical Fixed Bed

An electrochemical fixed bed is a chemical process device that integrates electrochemical reactions with fixed-bed catalyst technology. In such systems, electrochemical reactions occur on the surface of the fixed-bed catalyst, which is typically packed in the reactor’s bed in granular form. Fixed-bed electrochemical reactors are commonly used in electrocatalytic processes, such as electrolysis, batteries, and fuel cells. Electrochemical fixed beds find wide applications across numerous fields, including water treatment for disinfection and organic pollutant degradation, energy conversion in fuel cells and metal–air batteries, and electrochemical synthesis in organic synthesis. A fixed-bed hydrogenation unit is an industrial chemical reactor primarily used to alter the chemical structure or properties of feedstock through reactions between hydrogen gas and solid raw materials under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Fixed-bed hydrogenation units are widely employed in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, and fine chemicals, where they are utilized in a variety of reaction processes including cracking, hydrotreating, isomerization, alkylation, and desulfurization.
