The temperature control system employs a precision oil bath to regulate the temperature of the reactor jacket, ensuring stable reaction conditions throughout the process. The reactor is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 5 MPa, with an operating pressure range of -0.1 to 3 MPa; its design temperature is 320°C, and the maximum service temperature can reach 300°C. The specially designed anchor‑type and ribbon‑type impellers are interchangeable as needed, with a maximum stirring speed of 150 rpm. In terms of vacuum extraction, the reactor can achieve an absolute pressure as low as 20 Pa, and it discharges product via a bottom-mounted threaded plug. In addition, the unit is equipped with a regulating valve that allows for slow, controlled pressure relief according to pre‑set programs, enabling precise management of system pressure. For materials, the unit’s primary instruments and piping valves are all sourced from high‑quality products by well‑known brands, while non‑standard components are fabricated from corrosion‑resistant materials to extend the overall service life of the equipment. The unit utilizes a PLC‑plus‑touchscreen configuration control system and is equipped with a computer, enabling remote operation and significantly enhancing both operational convenience and safety.
