High‑pressure Hastelloy Reactor

The project includes a 10L explosion‑proof intelligent reactor (made of Hastelloy C‑276, designed for 300°C at 5 MPa, and operated at 200°C at 3 MPa), featuring a detachable condenser coil inside the reactor vessel, complete with a chiller dedicated to the coil, as well as a 15L reactor system (constructed from 316L material, designed for 300°C at -0.1 to 6 MPa, and operated at 250°C from -0.1 MPa to atmospheric pressure). The system comprises five major components: a feed unit, a reaction unit, a distillation unit, utility systems, and a control system. Acrylic panels are installed around the perimeter of both system frames, while an air intake port is left open at the top of each frame.

A Powerful Tool for Accelerating Hydrogen Storage R&D in the Hydrogen Energy Sector

A powerful tool for accelerating R&D in hydrogen storage within the hydrogen energy sector, featuring a reaction temperature of 500°C and a design pressure of 10 MPa. With a catalyst loading capacity of 5 mL, it enables research on hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes. The entire hydrogen storage feedstock is continuously heated throughout the process, then enters a liquid distribution module where it is evenly split into four streams with a distribution accuracy of 1% RSD. After distribution, the streams rapidly flow into a four‑channel reactor for reaction, achieving a temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C between channels. Independent fresh sample collection is performed at the reactor outlet, followed by gas–liquid separation of the product; the gaseous phase is then routed to a pressure‑controlled system before being discharged as tail gas.

Diesel Hydrocracking Unit

The diesel hydroprocessing unit comprises inlet, reaction, separation, heating, electrode loading, and control systems. It is designed for a pressure of 10 MPa, and its primary instruments and piping valves are sourced from well‑known, high‑quality brands, featuring robust resistance to high pressure and high temperatures. The visualization reaction system and the safety electrode‑loading fixed bed, both independently developed by Yanzheng, have received widespread acclaim. This unit is primarily used for conducting oil hydroprocessing experiments under electrode loading conditions, collecting data on how temperature and pressure influence the reaction while simultaneously visualizing and recording the effects of various parameters—including arc characteristics, temperature, voltage, and gas pressure—on the experimental outcomes.
