Membrane-catalyzed reactor assembly device

The membrane-catalyzed reactor assembly is a highly efficient reactor evaluation system. The system comprises a gas control module, a temperature control module, a reactor module, a liquid module, and more. The system offers users the flexibility to select from different feed phases—either a single gas stream or a combination of gas and liquid. Liquids are delivered to the catalyst vessel upstream of the reactor via a feeding tank mounted on the reactor or through a liquid pump. For liquid feedstocks, they are carefully loaded into the reactor assembly using dedicated tools and trained personnel.

Micro Fixed Bed

The YZuBPR series from YanZheng Instruments is a miniature fixed-bed reactor system. This reactor system is widely applicable for evaluating various catalysts and reaction process conditions under gas–solid phase or trickle-flow conditions, including catalyst screening, compositional screening and optimization of multi‑component catalysts, optimization of reaction conditions and processes, as well as catalyst life studies. The YZuBPR system from YanZheng can also be custom‑designed according to users’ experimental requirements and research objectives, perfectly aligning with the actual application needs of end users.

High‑pressure spherical reaction apparatus

The high-pressure spherical reactor is equipped with a sapphire sight glass and a CCD camera, and features displays for pressure, temperature, and stirring speed, as well as a pump. The primary material of the equipment is 316L stainless steel, and the overall structure is a skid-mounted design using aluminum profiles. It is fitted with a dual-seal mechanical stirring mechanism that incorporates both pure water protection and magnetic coupling. The reaction substrates, catalysts, and raw materials are added to the reactor for reaction. After the reaction is complete, the contents are discharged through the bottom valve.

Desktop Small-Scale Esterification Unit

The benchtop small-scale esterification unit is equipped with a 250 mL reaction vessel, allowing precise control of the vacuum level within the reactor and enabling efficient removal of water and alcohol. The collection tank is transparent and is followed by a molecular sieve and a vacuum pump. This equipment is ideal for evaluating conversion efficiency by adjusting the vacuum level, with a controllable vacuum range of 0.04–0.095 MPa, making it well suited for both production and research applications. Combined with scale-up studies, it is the preferred choice for small-scale esterification in universities and research institutions.

Microreactor – Mechanical Stirring

The microreactor with magnetic coupling mechanical stirring produced by Shanghai Yanzheng has passed ISO 9001:2015 and EU CE certification. It is suitable for laboratory workbenches, features a compact footprint and simple operation, and operates within a standard temperature range of up to 300°C and 10 MPa. Utilizing magnetic coupling technology, it employs a stirring impeller for agitation and boasts static sealing with zero leakage. This reactor is ideally suited for mixing viscous materials and magnetic materials.

Fluidized Bed Performance Testing – Ambient Temperature Reaction Experimental Setup

The fluidized bed performance testing and ambient‑temperature reaction experimental setup consists primarily of a feed unit, a reaction unit, and a tail gas collection unit. The setup is designed for operation at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. It is engineered and constructed in accordance with laboratory test equipment standards. The system features a high degree of overall automation, with excellent data accuracy and repeatability, while ensuring safety, reliability, and long‑term stable operation.

2L Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Reactor System

The 2L supercritical CO₂ reactor system is primarily used to evaluate and study process operations, explore optimal process parameters, and, through sampling, analysis, evaluation, and data processing, obtain data on product distribution and product properties—providing foundational design data for pilot-scale and industrial-scale process design. The non-standard components of the system are made from corrosion‑resistant materials, and the system is equipped with a PLC control system and multiple layers of critical safety protection mechanisms to ensure the safety of both the equipment and the operating personnel.
