5L Multi‑Functional Self‑Controlled Reactor Unit
The 5L multi‑functional, self‑controlled reactor unit is a test setup designed for low‑temperature and low‑pressure applications. It is used to evaluate and study the small‑scale synthesis process of epoxy resins, exploring optimal operating conditions. Through sampling analysis, process control, and data analysis, it generates product synthesis process parameters, providing foundational design data for industrial production of epoxy resins. The control system employs a mature and cost‑effective PLC control system, complemented by a computer and software suite to form a complete control system that enables automated monitoring and automatic control of the entire experimental setup.
The unit utilizes an advanced, internationally recognized control system specifically designed for medium‑ and small‑scale experimental setups. It features multi‑level safety protection logic, adopts a master–slave architecture, and supports flexible scalability. In addition to performing sophisticated process control and batch logic control, it is also well suited for data acquisition. It can be configured for large‑scale distributed control or implemented as a low‑cost standalone unit. While retaining the proven design characteristics of traditional PLCs, it also leverages advancements in information technology by offering fully open data structures, multimedia applications, fieldbus connectivity, and Internet access.
